This is from last year's backpacking trip in the high Sierra. This is Fletcher Creek, which is in the shadow of Fletcher and Vogelsang Peaks. This John Muir quote sums up exactly what I feel up there. This shot reminds me of letting the river wash away yesterday's worries while the new day's sun provides a new beginning.
